Remote Print
To send a sign for RTI to print, follow the steps below.
Once you have finished designing the signs you want to send to RTI for printing, if they are open, click the save
button. 
Click on the Remote Print button.
This will open the Remote Printing Wizard's 'Welcome Screen'.

Click the "Next" button to go to the "Information Retrieval" screen.

Once the current RPW information is retrieved from the Internet, the RPW will wait 5 seconds before continuing
on to the next screen. You may click "Next" to speed the process. If there were any errors, please verify that you
can browse to this website (./)
and then click "Retry".
Click the "Next" button to go to the "Templates" screen.

Click on the "Paper" dropdown arrow
to select the paper type (Available paper types can vary depending on the size of the sign.).
You can change the quantity by manually entering the quantiy or by clicking the up or down arrow beside the
quantity field.
The "Print Quality" has 3 options: Maximum, Normal, and Draft. While the price difference is not very much, the
quality does change drastically. We highly recommend using the "Maximum" quality.
The "Preview My Sign(s) And Make Necessary Changes" option is very useful if you are going to print a lot of a single
template or multiple templates. We make sure everything looks okay. We do not check for spelling because many times
words are intentionally misspelled for marketing reasons.
Click the "Next" button to go to the "Shipping Information" screen.

All fields marked with an * are required. If you are ordering for a company, we ask for your name and your company
name so we can keep track of your orders easily by the company name. If you are ordering these signs for yourself,
enter your name only (first and last).
Make sure the address you enter is a shipping address and not a P.O. Box address. We ship to the address given
here.
Click the "Next" button to go to the "Cost Calculation" screen.

Here the pricing is calcualted and displayed for 5 seconds before continuing to the next screen. You may click
the "Next" button to speed the process along.
Now you should see the "Confirmation" screen.

This screen will show you each Template name, the paper type chosen, the quantity and quality desired, and the
total price for the order.
Now, once you click "Next", your order will begin to be transferred to RTI for printing.
You should now see the "Export and Upload" screen.

The length of time this can take depends on the size of the file(s) being transferred, the Internet connection
speed, your RAM, and processor speed.
Once exporting and uploading is complete, click on the "Next" button. This will take you to the
"Completing the Wizard" screen.

Click "Finished".
If this is the first time you have ordered from Retail Technologies, Inc. someone from Retail
Technologies, Inc. will call you for billing information (Credit Card Information). If you have ordered from us in
the past and we have your credit card on file with your approval to use it for SignBuddy orders, then you are done.
