Once we have received the submitted templates, we begin processing the order, and then the credit card is charged. Depending on the size of the order and other orders in queue and the time of day we receive the order, it will either be printed the day we receive it or the next day (except Saturday & Sunday when RTI is closed). When the order is printed, we roll (never fold) the signs and place them in tubes for shipping. The order is shipped via UPS* according to the shipping instructions specified through the Remote Printing Wizard.

We encourage customers to plan ahead to allow adequate time for delivery of printed orders. If a printed order is delayed by UPS* for any reason, we do not refund the charge for printing the order, just what we are refunded by UPS* (normally only the shipping charge). If UPS* refunds the entire amount because they lost the package, then we will refund the entire order to you.

Because the product you ordered is custom and cannot be resold to anyone else, we do not offer refunds on orders already printed.
